Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SUKH SAGAR DESIGNS & MARKETING, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including IT solutions, marketing, and design services. Once a service has been initiated (for example, project planning, resource allocation, or first deliverable shared), cancellations will not be possible. For services where advance payment is taken, a refund request will only be entertained before the project work has started. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges. Refunds are not applicable on services that have already been delivered, executed, or utilized by the client. In the case of subscription-based or recurring services (like hosting, maintenance, or marketing retainers), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 working days before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal charges. All refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] , along with the payment details and project reference. Note: Refund approvals are solely at the discretion of SUKH SAGAR DESIGNS & MARKETING and may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
