Since we provide digital IT and marketing services, there is no physical shipping of goods. Instead, delivery happens in the following manner: All project deliverables (such as designs, reports, software, campaigns, or documents) will be shared digitally via email, project management tools, or cloud storage links. Service timelines will be clearly defined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with you before project initiation. Access-based services (like software, portals, or hosting) will be delivered by sharing secure login credentials or access keys. In case of delay due to technical issues, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified in advance with revised delivery timelines. As our services are digital, no shipping charges apply. Important: Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details (email, phone, communication channel). SUKH SAGAR DESIGNS & MARKETING will not be liable for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete client information.
